- Patient Identity: Your full legal name (this must match the name on your final shipping address).
- Physician Credentials: The prescribing oncologist’s name, clinic/hospital address, and their medical license or registration number.
- Clinical Details: The specific medication name, the prescribed dosage (e.g., 500 mg), and the administration instructions.
- Date of Issue: The prescription must be dated within the last 6 months.
What Happens After I Submit?
Handing over your medical data requires trust. Here is exactly what our team does the moment you click submit:
- Pharmacovigilance Screening: Our clinical team reviews the script to confirm the dosage aligns with international oncology protocols (such as NCCN or ESMO guidelines).
- Drug Interaction Check: We screen the prescribed molecule against any notes you provided to prevent severe adverse events or contraindications.
- Approval & Invoicing: Once your prescription clears clinical review (typically within 2 to 4 business hours), a dedicated patient coordinator will email you a Secure Payment Invoice and finalize your international logistics.
