Quality Assurance & Sourcing Policy

Effective Date: [01-Jan-2021]
Last Updated: [19-Aug-2026]

Ziva Pharma is committed to sourcing pharmaceutical products through documented and traceable supply channels. We do not manufacture medicines unless a particular product is expressly identified as manufactured by a Ziva Pharma-owned or affiliated facility.

1. Qualified Suppliers

We seek to source products from appropriately licensed manufacturers and authorized distributors that meet applicable quality and regulatory requirements. Where we state that a manufacturer holds a specific certification, the statement should be supported by current documentation.

2. No Unauthorized Grey-Market Sourcing

We aim to avoid unauthorized intermediaries and unverified sources. Supplier qualification may include review of licenses, GMP documentation, product registrations, certificates, supply records and other relevant evidence.

3. Traceability

Where operationally available, we maintain records of product name, manufacturer, batch/lot number, expiry date and procurement source to support quality investigations and recalls.

4. Product Inspection

Before fulfillment, products may be checked for packaging integrity, labeling, batch information, expiry and visible signs of damage or tampering.

5. Storage

Products are stored and handled according to applicable manufacturer requirements. Temperature-sensitive products require appropriate validated storage and transport arrangements.

6. Pharmacist/Professional Review

Where a licensed pharmacy or qualified professional is responsible for dispensing, the applicable partner’s professional review procedures will apply. Ziva Pharma does not represent that it itself performs a pharmacy function unless legally licensed to do so.

7. Quality Complaints and Recalls

Customers should report suspected quality defects, counterfeit concerns, damaged packaging or adverse product concerns promptly. We may cooperate with manufacturers, pharmacies and regulators in investigations, recalls and corrective actions.

8. Authenticity

Where a manufacturer provides a verification system, customers may be directed to use it. Ziva Pharma will not make authenticity claims that cannot be supported by its supply-chain records.
